You'll be located one mile from Flat Creek Winery, an award-winning Texas winery that features bistro dining, wine tasting, and beautiful hill country views. There is a public boat ramp four miles down the road, and the nearest grocery store is in Lago Vista, just 11 miles away. This home is on a bird migration path, and you can see various beautiful birds come through. You're also just a short drive from Austin, the state capital of Texas and the Live Music Capital of the World.You will have many amenities, such as an open-concept living area, a newly renovated (spring 2023) full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table with seating for everyone, and plenty of room for the whole group. After a long day of discovery, sit on the patio or spacious balcony and grill dinner. The bathrooms were also recently renovated. THINGS TO KNOWDue to drought conditions, this home currently has no water access. There is no water in the cove, and the dock is now dry. Please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.The twin beds are new and extra long.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Security camera details: There is a security camera located in front of the main entrance and on each of the floors of the building, which is making a footage.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
