Foodies will love cooking on the live fire Santa Maria grill, perfect for outdoor grilling and entertaining.Take advantage of the fire pit on the property and enjoy a cozy night under the stars (please check for burn bans in the area before using).Although our lakefront property is currently dry due to the drought in Lake Travis, there are still plenty of attractions in the area. Just a 4-minute drive away is the Flat Creek Winery, known for its acclaimed wines and delicious restaurants.When you're ready to explore the area, take a trip to nearby Marble Falls (30 mins) and Cedar Park (30 mins). Marble Falls is known for its charming downtown area, antique shops, and art galleries. Water: Our home is on well water. You will notice a slight sulphur smell but not to worry, it comes straight from a local quarry and is safe! We love good tasting water so there is a large water filter in the fridge. Tiny: Yes, it's a cabin. It's 640sqft designed for you to sleep and enjoy the outdoors. Guests have access to the entire property. This house is located 5 mins from Flat Creek winery and is near the end of a dirt road off Singleton Bend. The cabin is in a quiet & friendly lake side community where everyone knows each other. Absolutely no parties and strict noise ordinance please! Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am. You will need a car to get to this location. The entire property is walkable but coming back from the water is a gentle uphill slope. It is recommended to be of decent physical shape to walk the hill from the shore.Guests have access to the entire property except the non-occupied RV parked in the driveway.Discover the perfect retreat just 17 minutes from the nearest store, offering groceries and Starbucks in Lago Vista. Adventure awaits for Jeep and off-road enthusiasts with Hidden Falls Adventure Park just a 15-minute drive away, providing over 2000 acres of exhilarating off-roading fun. The boat dock is no longer there (moved out to the main channel and not for guest use)Consumables:We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills for any extended stays beyond 7 days.Security Cameras:For the safety of both guests and the property, we have exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of the porch, exterior parking, and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the cameras for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, cameras are not constantly monitored. Absolutely no parties and a strict noise ordinance, please! Quiet hours are 10 pm - 6 am.Check-in/check-out times are strictly enforced using timed electronic locks.No unregistered guests or pets. We do occasionally monitor the exterior cameras at check-in for guest count and pets. Unregistered guests or pets not disclosed will be charged.Additional documentation will be required to rent this property managed via email and DocuSign. We also take a credit card on file for a deposit. While we are pet friendly, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS due to insurance policies. No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF. NOTE: THERE IS NO FENCE.This is our personal vacation home that we love and have decided to share with others. You may see some of our belongings under the bed or in the pantry in addition to some condiments in the fridge. Mostly we will contain our private things in the shed. Check-in/check-out times are strictly enforced using timed electronic locks. No unregistered guests. Boat ramp: with lake levels so low right now, the ramp is out of order.To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.For your stay, we'll place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit.
