With 8 golf courses and putt-putt nearby, golf enthusiasts can indulge in their passion amidst stunning landscapes. Nature lovers will rejoice in the presence of 11 pristine lakes, ideal for paddleboarding, skiing, boating, kayaking, and canoeing. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted by the abundant opportunities, but please note that guests must bring their own fishing gear and an Arkansas fishing license to cast their lines into the sparkling waters. For those seeking some friendly competition, local lawn sports like bocce ball and croquet, as well as pickleball and tennis courts, await. Additionally, over 30 miles of trails provide ample opportunities for hiking and biking adventures. And when hunger strikes, choose from our selection of 8 restaurants offering delicious cuisine to satisfy every palate. Punch cards can be purchased for local village activities, ensuring you make the most of your stay.Our spacious house boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. With 3 king beds, 4 twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds), and an additional sleeper sofa, everyone will have a cozy place to rest after a day of exploration. The indoor fireplace adds warmth and ambiance during cooler evenings, while the outdoor fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows under the starlit sky. Enjoy the serene beauty of the water with 200 feet of waterfront property, providing a tranquil backdrop for relaxation and recreation. And for some friendly competition or indoor fun, our rec room offers a variety of entertainment options. For water enthusiasts, the house comes equipped with 2 kayaks, 3 stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), and a pedal boat for guests to explore the lake. There is a toy chest with other floatation options available for an additional fee ($150 nonrefundable and $150 refundable deposit)Keep in mind Arkansas is known as the "Natural State" and it is normal to encounter wildlife such as snakes, raccoons, deer, geese, bugs, spiders and other bugs around the house during your stay. We do our best to limit them with regular pest control treatments. Conveniently located just 25 minutes from Hot Springs National Park and 30 minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs, guests can explore the famous hot springs baths, indulge in delectable cuisine at local restaurants, and shop to their heart's content. And for travelers flying in, our rental is only 1 hour from Little Rock Airport, making it easily accessible from afar. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, our rental in Hot Springs Village offers the perfect blend of comfort and excitement. Be the first to book your stay now in our newly renovated Hot Springs Village retreat and embark on an unforgettable vacation experience!Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: A refundable deposit of $500 dollars will be requested 5 days before the stay and must be paid 48 hours before check in. Refund can take up to 7-10 days post check out. We are NOT pet friendly. If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $300. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
