Located in the middle of nine exclusive golf courses, eight 18 hole courses and one 27 hole course and eleven lakes, access to many hiking and biking trails right outside your door, as well as Pickleball courts. It is a short commute to charming downtown Hot Springs and nearby Oaklawn Race Track and Casino. It is ten minutes from two grocery stores, and is adjacent to Ouachita National Forest and yes Domino's will deliver right here. 5 minutes from a pretty nice Mexican restaurant, gas station or liquor store. Note Arkansas has no alcohol sales on Sunday.
