Step into the large great room offering comfortable seating, stone gas log fireplace, 65” smart TV, dining table for 8 & bar seating. Prepare your fav meal in the full kitchen or on the deck on the Weber gas grill. Well equipped kitchen with Keurig, full coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all you need to prepare and serve including a high chair for your convenience. Main bedroom suite offers king bed, 32” smart TV, access to the covered deck, full bath with walk in shower. 2nd main level bedroom offers twin bunk beds and twin XL bed. 2nd full bath on main level.Lower level offers game room with billiards table, dart board (bring your own darts), 42” smart ROKU TV, sitting area, high top table & chairs, mini fridge and access to the lower patio with hot tub and swing. Lower level bedroom with king bed set, reading chair and 32” smart ROKU TV. Also 2nd lower level bedroom offers a queen and twin XL bed. 3rd full bath and laundry room also on lower level.Step out onto the lower patio and unwind in the hot tub! It’s covered so you can enjoy no matter the weather! Steps with handrail lead down the yard making for easy access to the river. Enjoy a picnic along the river shore at the picnic table.
