Check Out InstructionsVery important - please place all TOWELS in the washing machine and start the load of towels. DO NOT wash bed linens. We take the linens offsite for washing. Please start the dishwasher when checking Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer and 68 for the winter when leaving. It might be a few hours or a few days before the next guest arrives. If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and they may easily overlook an issue. Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on the dresser in the bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid a potential lost remote fee.Dispose of any left over items from the fridge. You may leave items such as condiment and other common items. If you have any questions during your stay, we encourage you to use the messaging feature within the platform you booked (VRBO/AirBnb). If you need to reach us by our cell, we encourage you to TEXT us first since we stay very active on our phones with our property management company. Please group text when sending a message.
