Perfect family sized lakefront home! Enjoy Greer’s Ferry lake from the backyard. Walk out the back door straight to the waters edge. Enjoy the view, sit on the deck, go fishing from the bank, swim, rent jet skis or a barge from Lacey's marina two minutes away and just relax and enjoy Greer’s Ferry lake! Located at the end of a quiet neighborhood, There is a Dollar General located very nearby as well as nice restaurants. Two bedrooms downstairs with king size beds and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, this bath also has a washer and dryer located in it. The master bedroom has a door directly into the bath. Upstairs has an additional common seating area and two bedrooms, one has two twin size beds and one has a queen. There are two bathrooms upstairs both have showers in them. There is access to the upstairs deck from the seating area upstairs . Kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats eight, with three additional seats at the bar. Plenty of parking and room for a boat or water toys.
