Head 10 minutes down the road to enjoy the sights and sounds of Downtown Bentonville OR 20 minutes up the road to Beaver Lake's Prairie Creek Marina. Whatever you choose, Brush Creek Cottage is sure to become your home away from home.The Space:When you first walk into our home, you'll enter into our large foyer. Directly to the left, you'll see a round, four-top table and directly ahead, you'll see double doors leading out to our back patio. Head to the right and you'll enter into our open-concept living and dining area. In the living area, you'll find three couches, two lounge chairs, a 65-inch Insignia Fire TV and a huge picture window overlooking the backyard. Behind the living area, you'll see our massive, 12-top dining table. Head through the doorway to the left of the foyer and you'll enter into our kitchen area. Here, you'll find all the high-end amenities you need to create the perfect meal, baked good or cup of coffee. With its ample counter and storage space, this kitchen is perfect for hosting a large crew. Near the sliding glass door leading to the back patio, you'll also see both a four-top dining table in our sunroom.Head downstairs to enjoy our Game Room! Here, you'll find two couches, two lounge chairs, a ping pong table, tons of boardgames, a 55-inch Vizio Smart TV and a four-top dining table. From here, you'll also have direct access to the backyard.When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our six luxury bedrooms. (1) Our Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, dresser, 40-inch Insignia TV, door to the side yard and en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and connected bath. (3) Our third bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath. (4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath. (5) Our fifth bedroom has a Full-size bed, door to the back patio and nearby bath. (6) Our sixth bedroom has two Twin-size beds, a closet, a dresser, a lounge chair and a connected bath. Out back, enjoy our patio, which overlooks our 112 acres of open land! Here, you'll find our BBQ grill, long wooden picnic table, six lounge chairs and small table. Inside the Sun Room, which can be accessed from the porch and the kitchen, you'll find a four-top dining table. Head down the porch steps into the backyard to sit around our fire pit! Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
