Book your stay today and experience the best of Frisco!- NO SMOKING (cigarettes, no vaping, and no illicit substance use is permitted on the property, including the patio, front porch, garage & driveway) $1000 fine with smoke scent or remnants- STRICT NO PARTY POLICY! ($500 fine)- NO PETS allowed in the property or outside at anytime unless pre-approved by host. ($500 fine) PARKING: Please ensure vehicles are parked in the driveway, garage or street. Parking is NOT allowed in the grass at anytime. There is a 4 car maximum. VISITOR POLICY: The maximum amount of guests at any time is 6 unless pre-approved. All non- guests must be pre-approved prior to visiting inside or outside the home at any time. Please do not take any furniture or decorative items from the home outside. Please do not move furniture from their designated rooms (mattresses, chairs etc). *Negligence of House Rules will result in fees, cancellations and no refund*
