A coded gate allows for private access.This home conveniently located off of highway 550 between Durango CO and Aztec NM with private Animas river access! granite in the Kitchen and a table set for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master offers a king bedroom set with a new memory foam mattress and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and stand alone shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress.3rd bedroom at the end of the hall has a twin size bed and pull out trundle.We provide our guests with clean comfortable sheets and linens.Our home has a front and back porch for BBQing or morning coffee in the sunrise.
