Enjoy the seclusion of this rural, tranquil park-like setting of the property. The neighbors to the north have cattle and horses. You can enjoy watching graze on the fertile land of the Verde valley or enjoy bird watching with binoculars provided at the casita. We get regular visits from eagles and hawks in the big cottonwood trees.Cleaning fee includes up to 2 guests. $10/guest per day above 2. No more than 4 guests allowed. *Note - We do not provide shampoo/conditioner or body soap. We recommend bringing your own.**Please note all cellular carriers have bad service in the area. We recommend connecting to our Wifi to make calls.Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. Quiet rural neighborhood surrounded by farms and a park.*Nearest Grocery store is Fry's which is 5 miles away in Cottonwood / Dollar Tree in Cornville about a mile*Close wineries - Page Spring Cellars, DA Ranch, Oak Creek Vineyard, Javelina Leap VineyardYou will have access to the whole house and half the pond on the north side of the fence.The casita has plenty of space for 2-4 guests. *Bedroom - Has king log bed with comfy linens*Bathroom is in master bedroom*Sedona is a 15 minute drive*Jerome is a 20 minute drive*Old town Cottonwood is 10 minute driveCasita includes all linens, dishware, cookware, 12 cup coffee maker, and Keurig. You will enjoy High Speed internet and Dish Network TV and you can also enjoy the smart TV by logging into your own Netflix, etc account. Of course you may enjoy the serenity outside more after visiting the wineries and drinking some of your daily wine finds. Yard amenities include Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view of the on-site pond and ranching neighbors and cattle next to us. *Note - We do not provide shampoo/conditioner or body soap. We recommend bringing your own.A car is required. Sedona is a quick 15 minute drive and Cottonwood is about 10 minutes.
