This remarkable 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house offers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourselves in the beauty of nature while enjoying the comforts of a luxurious home.In summer months you can enjoy private access to the nearby Dogwood Lake that is a small and exclusive lake only available to local residents and our guests by use of our FOB. It requires either a 5 minute drive or a mile and a half long hike from our front door.Property Highlights:🏡 The house includes 4 bedrooms located among two floors with 3 full bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom. With 2400 square feet of living space, Sierra Haus provides ample room for your family to relax and recharge. The open kitchen seamlessly flows into the great room, anchored by a charming cast iron wood stove. During summer months enjoy Dogwood Lake where we offer you exclusive access to enjoy swimming and watersports in a private setting.🛌 The primary bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed and is large enough to include a sitting sofa with a private en suite bathroom. The primary bathroom has double sinks and an oversized tiled shower on one end, with a beautiful claw-foot slipper tub with hand-shower attachment on the other, and underneath stunning natural views of the forest canopy. Secondary bedrooms are also quite spacious and include a full-size bedroom with a sitting area, a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom as well as a private flat-screen smart TV on the wall, and a kid's bedroom with a full-size split bunk bed (full on bottom with twin on top). Windows are everywhere and in every room at Sierra House with natural and completely private views of the forest and mountains, all around. 🍽 The kitchen is a chef's delight and offers an incredible amount of granite counter space with a wrap-around configuration that includes a built-in four-top gas range and stove facing into the great room, a double-wide farm-sink looking out into the forest through large windows, and a side-by-side stainless fridge and microwave located next to the huge empty pantry that is capable of holding all your dry goods supplies. Best of all is the wet bar with its own granite counter-top and glass cabinets, offset from, but within the kitchen area allowing food grazers a place to freshen up without getting in the way. 🌄 Breathtaking Views: Wake up to stunning vistas every morning.
