Back patio offers stunning views of hole 7 and 6, built in bbq & firepit. You will never leave the community. There is 4 restaurants, 4 pools, work out facility, spa, bocce ball, tennis, pickle ball. Golf course is private and requires a member to golf. But that's easy, people are friendly here!! Pictures are current - what you see is what you get!You must book 31+ days to use the amenities. There is a one-time fee of $580 for the amenities. Otherwise, you are only allowed to use the main restaurant. Garage is not available for use.
