Our beautiful 1425 sq ft home is fully furnished in a gated community in Johnson Ranch which is at the base of the stunning San Tan mountains. Located on the golf course, you can enjoy a round of golf at the Golf Club at Johnson Ranch then retreat back to the house for a relaxing evening. The back yard features it's own sparkling pool, golf course views, beautiful landscaping, and a covered patio with a grill. The backyard pool is not heated, but a heated community pool with a hot tub is within walking distance from the house.The inside of our home features an open concept design with a large livingroom right off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a master bath/shower, and large walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and a full bathroom.Santan Highlands is a beautiful 18 hole golf course with over 7100 yards. This facility contains a practice putting and chipping green and full size driving range. Maria’s Kitchen restaurant is within walking distance and features live music on the weekends.Johnson Ranch is a private community featuring 3 heated community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a catch and release fishing pond. There are over 20 beautiful parks interconnected through walking paths.You have access to it all as our guest.
