When it's time to eat, enjoy an alfresco meal on the patio. While you're outside, you'll be able to enjoy the mature desert landscaping, cookouts on the gas grill, and the gorgeous fence mural. Back inside, the interior amenities extend to a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a collection of board games. Less than 12 miles from the quiet neighborhood you are nestled in, enjoy visiting Mansel Carter Oasis Park & San Tan Regional Park, Seville Golf & Country Club, Johnson Ranch, the Higley Center for the Performing Arts, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
