Home has 2 car garage, new carpet & paint and comes furnished, it has TV & WIFI, Roku and Cox basic cable. Resort styled backyard with a tiled patio around heated spa & pool., Pergola with party lights. Large, covered porch area with ceiling fans & lights. Chairs, Tables, Hammock, Umbrellas and moveable gas space heater. The BBQ is connected to natural gas supply (eliminates propane bottles). Gorgeous night sky, very quiet. and ideal for bird watching. Great for entertaining or enjoying our beautiful weather. The home is professionally cleaned & sanitized between all guest stays, Landscaper maintains the grounds Monthly. Garbage & Recycle bins are sanitized by a service co. Pool & Spa are cleaned & maintained weekly. The water supply is treated by a water softener and yards are automatically irrigated.Pest control is done professionally every 2 Months.
