Around the property you will find, an in-ground pool and hot tub surrounded by an extensive deck, two ponds stocked with bass, catfish, and perch for catch and release fishing, a covered outdoor eating space, and a large outdoor fire pit.The inside of the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a bonus room that includes a sleeper sofa. The main bedroom has a king bed that sleeps 2, and has an attached full bath. The middle bedroom has a double bed which sleeps 2. The bonus room has a double sleeper sofa for 2 more guests. The second bathroom is located in the hall. Guests will have access to all amenities listed above. The garage and storage buildings are used for storage.The pool is serviced up to 2 times per week. You may see the pool company or the property owner on-site cleaning the pool. Outside cameras are currently turned off.The house is located in a rural area that is centrally located to Austin, Lockhart, and Bastrop. The house is 22 miles from Austin Bergstrom Airport, 30 miles from downtown Austin, 15 miles from downtown Lockhart, 20 miles from downtown Bastrop, and 13 miles from COTA.
