We are in the foothills of the gorgeous Superstition Mountains and Dinosaur Mountain. Boyce Thompson Arboretum, hiking trails, golfing, and breathtaking mountain views are all within a short walk or drive. The Renaissance festival (Feb - Mar - Apr) is just a 15-minute drive away! Shopping & restaurants nearby just off of Signal Butte and US 60. The Casita is attached to the main home with a locked door in between. You'll have your own private gated entrance with a small side patio. There's a full living space with a TV, Wi-Fi internet, and cable. The full kitchen comes with a 5 burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking necessities, tableware, glassware and silverware. There's a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The separate bedroom has a king size bed and a large walk in closet with lots of storage space and a washer and dryer. The property was just completed in 2022, so everything is brand new! Book now and enjoy your stay at our luxurious "Gem in the Desert!"*Security - Ring door bell. Records video and sound with motion activation of entry/exit gate. It does not look into any interior or patio spaces.
