Downstairs 2 bedrooms, living/kitchen/dining has its own zone with Carrier thermostat by the entry hallway. Parking:Plenty of parking space by garage or along the house EV Charger is installed by the left garage door. It is active during night hours when energy is less expensive; between 12am and 12pm. This Property has a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. This device in no way records conversations. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. Renter will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned. -----Sonoma County has a strict Vacation Rental Ordinance. We cannot permit more than 8 people (+4 daytime visitors) on the property at any time, or any outdoor noise between 9pm and 8am. Please take this into consideration when booking the property.
