Just a few blocks from historic downtown, and a quick drive from local grocery stores and gas stations. This 100 year old home is small yet surprisingly spacious. Home features one bedroom and one bathroom, full size kitchen, dining, laundry, and off-street parking. Property also features a small enclosed grassy area ideal for pets. Included is an enclosed, attached garage space.Inside you will find hard floors, fully furnished rooms, high-speed wifi, and air conditioning/heating. This property is ideal for 1-2 people, but also features a queen size air mattress cot for those extra 1-2 guests. Access to the rental is via a key code on the front door. The code will be provided at booking.Pet’s are allowed with an additional fee.If you choose to book a month or more we offer a discount. Please inquire for this option.
