Supermarkets and restaurants are just 2 miles away in Heber City. - also RV hookups.Rooms-11 Bedrooms (1 King, 9 Queen, 24 Twin)-5 BathroomsAmenities:-Outdoor Pool-NEW Hot Tub-4 Fireplaces-Media Room w/Terrace Seating-DVD-Wifi-Satellite TV-Piano-Swing Set/Sand Box-Linens and towels-2 Washer / Dryer -Jetted Tub in Bath-Gas Grill (BBQ)-Kitchen is fully equipped and has 2 refrigerators, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking & eating utensils, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, 2 pancake griddles, 2 crockpot-Game room with Billiards , Ping-Pong, Foosball and Indoor Basketball-Wrap around deck, swing set, basketball hoop on NEW driveway-We provide pickleball paddles and balls, volleyball, basketball, badminton set, ping pong paddles and balls, and horseshoes. Miscellaneous Policies:Swimming pool: Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend and included in the price. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Depending on the weather, (especially the night temperatures) we can open the pool during the month of May and September for $150/day. Check with the owners if you are interested in the pool those two months. If you rent the pool during May and September, you will need to rent it for your entire stay, not just part of your rental period. The pool is NOT available Oct through April.We require a minimum four night rental for Thanksgiving and a minimum five night rental for Christmas and New Years. If you have more than 44 guests, you will be charged $10 per person per night.No SmokingNo Pets
