Havasu Retreat w/pool and Casita close to downtown This fully remodeled house has it's own built in Casita with kitchen a king and a queen bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom, inside the main house with separate and joint entrances to choose your level of privacy. Each bedroom has it's own full bath, and en extra full bath in the garage so no one has to wait. The expansive yard has a 16'x20' raised deck with amazing lake views. It also has a nice pool to relax in. It also has a huge game room with a pool table, Foosball, and air hockey table. No need to ever leave the grounds. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and a set of bunk beds. The master is a King bed and futon in an over sized room with walk in closet, large bathroom, and access to the back yard. It is minutes to downtown with tons of restaurants and night life.
