Hackberry Hooker - Private Canal downstairs 300lb. ice machine & restroom Camp finished 2021, 300lb ice machine & downstairs bathroom. Killerdock fish cleaning station, and new outdoor furniture! Camp 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Located on private canal on Lake Breeze Rd., with 12’ high private boat launch. The house sleeps 11, master bedroom has a King bed, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds with Full on bottom and separate twin bed in room, each room has a flat screen TV and satellite with Wi-Fi (not for streaming or gaming). Kitchen has stainless appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, range and is stocked with all the essentials of home, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, etc.. utility room complete with washer and dryer. We have huge 24x30 deck over boat slip with out side tables and chairs. Downstairs there is a charcoal BBQ pit, picnic table with chairs, surround sound, with a big screen TV, ice machine, for drinks or your fish, there is also a sink downstairs. We have a covered boat slip as well.
