You'll spend your days swimming, strolling on the sand, and taking part in all sorts of thrilling watersports, with a spacious deck awaiting to welcome you home each afternoon.Ascend a flight of approximately 20 stairs to reach the front door from the under-house parking area, and stop to admire a lovely view of the beach and the gulf waves from the sun-splashed deck. The air-conditioned living space is all on one floor, offering lofty ceilings with fans to circulate the cool air, tile floors, and large windows that frame your coastal surroundings. The great room combines a comfortable sitting area with two sofas and a flatscreen TV, a dining table with stools for six, and a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seats for two. The main bedroom suite has its own flatscreen TV, a private bathroom, and balcony access, while one of the guest bedrooms has direct access to the outdoors as well.What's nearby:This home sits just a few steps from the soft sands of Crystal Beach, with the open stretch of sand beginning just one house over. Up the road in the other direction is State Highway 87, which is home to a number of restaurants, eateries, conveniences, and attractions, including the Crystal Beach Community Golf Course just over a mile down the road.
