Wave Walkin, Sleeps 14, Dog Friendly, 4/2, in Emerald I Come enjoy “Wave Walkin”, Crystal Beach style. This beautifully decorated home features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, perfect for your family beach vacation. The amazing views will be a great start to your day. It is located on a beach access road, only 800 yards to the water, near barrel 61. In this home you will find everything you need, so relax and enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals, with both regular drip and k-cup style coffee pots. You will find smart TVs in every bedroom to enjoy your streaming entertainment, along with two DVD players. Upon entering the home, you will find an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. To the left, you will find the master ensuite featuring a king size bed, with private bath, and the first guest room with a queen bed. On the right side of the home, you will find the second guest bath and third bedroom with a full-size and twin bed and a twin trundle bed, this room sleeps 4. Designed with kids in mind, the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of triple twin bunk beds, this room sleeps 6. Downstairs you will find an outdoor shower, bar, TV and charcoal grill, with plenty of seating for outdoor gatherings.Pets are allowed, DOGS ONLY, max 2, pet fee is $25 per night. Pet fee will need to be added after booking.Security cameras located outside only.Must be 25 years of age to book.Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non refundable event fee of $600. No parking in the vacant lot next door.Smoking is not allowed on deck or inside house. Smoking is allowed downstairs only, please use butt can.Located across the ferry from Galveston, TX.Sand Dollar Beach Vacations will never send you a TEXT with a link requesting payment.
