The home features three spacious bedrooms and two full baths, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups. The kitchen boasts a large granite island with seating for four barstools, perfect for casual dining or entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area is perfectly positioned near the patio doors, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains.The primary bedroom serves as a cozy sanctuary, featuring a king bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity and a tiled shower, adding a touch of luxury. On the opposite side of the home, two queen bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan, provide comfortable accommodations for guests. A full bath across the hallway connects to the laundry center for added convenience. The hallway also features a workstation/desk, ideal for those needing to work remotely.Guests have the use of a two-car garage, and the home is pet-friendly, accommodating up to two dogs, making it a great option for pet owners. This charming home in Butler, TN, provides an inviting and comfortable escape, surrounded by natural beauty and close to local attractions.Additional Notes and Rules:- There are three exterior security cameras at this home. One is mounted near the garage facing the driveway, one is at the main entryway facing off the porch, and the other one is on the back deck area. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice or at the time of booking. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. - This home allows up to 2 dogs for $25/night each plus taxes. Mature, crate-trained dogs, only.- Check in is after 4pm- Checkout by 10am- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.- 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. - Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. - Host is not responsible for items left in the home. - There are three exterior security cameras at this home. One is mounted near the garage facing the driveway, one is at the main entryway facing off the porch, and the other one is on the back deck area. - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
