Katherine's Landing and the casinos are also just a few minutes away, so you can enjoy the beautiful Colorado River or Lake Mohave.The spaceLocated in a great location just minutes from the casinos or Lake Mohave, our new-build home sits on a large lot with plenty of parking for boats, RZR's, jet skis and more. Upon walking in the front door, you'll enter into the open concept living, dining and kitchen area, perfect to convene after a day on the water and reconnect. Down the hall you'll find laundry room, bedroom one with two twin beds, bedroom two with a queen and the master at the end with a large king-size bed.Guest accessNote that the front drive way is gravel and cars should still be able to park on it. The garage currently holds our personal items and is not accessible at this time.
