Please, request in advance.~~ABOUT THE HOME~~ ~Palazzo Toscano~ is the CUSTOM 4400 sq.ft home with PRIVATE HEATED POOL and SPA for your enjoyment, both are very popular with our guests. EACH BEDROOM SUITE IS IN SEPARATE WING OF THE HOME and NOT one is next to another with more than 12 feet a part with NO shared walls! Complements of the home floor plan and layout design! So important! Our home is the only property that offers UP to 14* INDIVIDUAL BEDS* with a maximum of up to 20-23* guests with proper booking requirements. We able to add 1 more air mattress with 20+ guests bookings, if desired, when approved. Please,request in advance. Great for golf, baseball and tennis groups as well as an extended family stays with friends or colleagues when individual sleeping accommodations are desired. For the bookings less than 20* guests either 5 or 4 rooms and 3 full baths included with 8-10 beds to share depending on the reservation's group size. We welcome smaller and larger groups, inquire for 6th suite/4th bath upgrade rates to add up to 3 more queen beds to include total of 13-14 individual beds, if desired, or simply place minimum 20 guests on reservation! -DOWNSTAIRS-: Master bedroom: 1 King bed; #2 Bedroom: 2 Queen beds; #3 fireplace room/alternative accommodations: 3 Beds (2 Twin Beds+1 Queen bed) -UPSTAIRS-: Bedroom #4: 2 Queen Beds, Bedroom #5: 2 Queen Beds -Optional/Upstairs-: #6: An apartment suite/Bedroom when rented: add 3 more Queen Beds +2 air mattresses.(queen+full). If desired, an optional upgrade is available to a lock off apartment suite (6th bedroom suite) to expand and add that 4th full bath as well. INCLUDED with 20-23 guests reservations.
