The living room is perfect for curling up to watch movies or a day full of sports. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with a fireplace, are updated with a modern aesthetic and perfect for entertaining. The dining table comfortably seats 10 and has a massive fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. The pass-through kitchen window acts as a bar for ease of serving food/drinks while enjoying the covered patio with outdoor living room and smart TV. Inside, the primary bedroom space is a king bed with plenty of closet space and an en-suite bath. All the bedrooms have plush memory foam beds and smart TV's. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds, and bedroom 4 has 2 queen beds.Outside the french doors is a backyard oasis with a massive sparkling pool that is heated for winter fun. There are loungers and a hanging chair for taking in the Arizona sun. In addition to, a covered patio, BBQ, and outdoor dining for 10. This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. As your reservation date approaches, should you find the temps heading below 50 degrees you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.
