The coffee bar is welcoming and an easy place get a cup of java ready and to start your day.There is a breakfast room with seating for 4 and and a dining room with seating for 6. The super comfy living room has plenty of seating and a big 65" screen for your viewing pleasure.Down the hall you will find 4 amazing bedrooms. The King Master is located in the rear of the house. It has a TV and a spa like bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Super spacious and definitely a treat to be pampered a little.Bedroom 2 has a King Bed, TV and plenty of closet space. Bedroom 3 is fit for a Queen and Bedroom 4 has a private office space, TV and a twin/twin trundle.There is a full indoor laundry room, super fast wifi, Cox Cable and a 2 car garage.Outside in this very special backyard you will find a sparkling heated pool with soothing waterfall. Lounge by the pool and soak up the AZ sunshine year round. There is an outdoor living room for you to enjoy an evening cocktail with the sunset and a BBQ. There is outdoor dining alfresco for 6 and an outdoor living room.WOOF! This home is dog friendly. Thinking of booking October 15-April 15? The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year. There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees. This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. As your reservation date approaches, should you find the temps heading below 50 degrees you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round. City Code Enforcement:As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation.
