For sports there’s the championship Corte Bella Golf Club, tennis, pickle ball and bocce ball courts. There are also numerous additional golf courses in the area. Dine at the on-site Bella Vista Restaurant or more dining and shopping experiences are nearby. You can reach any activities in the greater Phoenix area within 30-45 minutes.The villa is an elegant, luxurious and comfortable retreat. You will enjoy the privacy of a single family home with front and rear patios and a two car garage. The location is near the Club and just off the internal community circle for walking or running. You will have quiet and respectful neighbors and be surrounded by the beautiful landscape with Santa Barbara style Tuscan homes. Inside you will find exquisite designer furnishings, quality bedding and linens, exceptional art and accessories and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home. There are shutters throughout with porcelain tile and carpet for luxury under foot. The bedrooms are separated by the living room for privacy. The main bedroom is spacious with a king bed and nice view to the back yard. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is equipped with a desk and bookcases. The master bath has a dual sink vanity topped with granite, a walk-in shower and a large walk in closet. The second bathroom has a granite top vanity and a walk-in spa style tub with a hand shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The cabinets are fully stocked with dishware, drinkware, pots and pans, small appliances and all the cooking gadgets and necessities.Corte Belle is an age restricted community and the lessee must be 55+ to rent. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted as residents, however, they are welcome as visitors. The HOA declarations also restrict rentals to not less than 30 days so you may rent by the month from the 1st day of any month or any term up to a year. The daily rate reflects the Winter, Spring/Fall and Summer season rates. The correct rate for the booking will be calculated by the dates you select. There will also be a one time $250.00 cleaning fee added to the rental charge. The use of the Cortebella pool and recreational facilities is included with the rental The semi-private Corte Bella Golf Club is a separate entity owned by Kemper Sports with additional fees.
