Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000.30 day minimum rental.Must be 25 years old to rent this home.Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
