After work you can lounge in the newly remodeled pool with baja shelf and ledge loungers.Conveniently located in south Scottsdale only minutes from Giants, Cubs, Diamondbacks and Rockies Spring Training fields!! The home is right off the 101 so you can get anywhere in the valley fast - only 15 minutes from Barrett Jackson and Waste Management Golf Open. Property is nestled in a quiet relaxed community, close to bike and walking trails and several public parks. Guests will have access to two beach cruisers.The living room has a 65-inch curved Samsung with Apple TV and streaming apps. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and FireTV. The office has a queen sofa sleeper with 4-inch memory foam mattress and FireTV. Lastly, the master bedroom has a 110-inch screen with a projector loaded with streaming apps. Your own private theatre! The projector can be brought outside where there is a screen poolside. Please note: the pool is not heated and is at optimal temperatures between April and October.
