We have a huge 1 acre lot. - Must be at least 21 years old to book- Photo ID may be required upon check-in- NOTE: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM- NOTE: There is an optional daily pool heat fee of $150 + fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay (Sept-May)-NOTE: The maximum number guests allowed is 12 people. Guests #11 and #12 will have an extra fee of $40 per person/per night (including any individuals who do not stay in the house)
