The home has 4 large bedrooms (King, King, Queen, Queen) 3 large bathrooms and will accommodate up to 8 comfortably. The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and a large breakfast bar that opens to the living room, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather for meals, drinks, movies, and games! Meals are easy here with double ovens, an electric cooktop, and all the appliances and utensils of a fully equipped kitchen. Several HDTVs, 2 large sofas, a formal dining room, as well as a private workspace also provide plenty of room to spread out when desired. The home was recently purchased by its new owner as a vacation home and all the furnishings and decor are brand new. Litchfield Park is a beautiful community with tree lined streets, parks and walking paths, built around the renowned Wigwam Golf Resort featuring three 18 hole golf courses, a full service spa, and 3 restaurants.
