The home has 4 bedrooms; 2 separate master suites with king beds, 2 bedrooms with a queen and single bed. The home also has a large kitchen/great room with an island/bar, and a dinette that seats 6. There is a community pool (not heated in winter) and activity center which may not be available for short stays. About one week prior to arrival I will send additional information.Located in Palm Valley overlooking the golf course with mountain views. There are 2 golf courses in Palm Valley and many more less than 30 minutes away. This home is also within minutes of the South Mountains, Phoenix International Raceway and several Spring Training Facilities (Oakland A's, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, Kansas City Royals, LA Dodgers, Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds).
