Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.No smokingNo parties or eventsLate check out fee is at $50/hourThere's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectorsNo weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.Pets may be allowed (25lbs or less) for an additional fee ranging from $100 - $300 depending on length of stay.ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
