The entire custom home offers stunning features throughout.Living Room: This large room is tastefully furnished with leather sofas and chairs. The large patio doors provide ample natural light. Step through the French doors onto the expansive outdoor patio, where you can soak in the stunning views. There is an additional den space off the dining room that offers a Smart TV and seating.Kitchen: The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, boasting stainless steel, high-end gas appliances, concrete countertops, counter ice machine and a copper sink. The large island with seating for four makes it a great space for socializing while preparing meals. *There is large fridge, but no freezer. Dining Area: The dining area, located between the kitchen and living room, features a large wood dining table, lit by a grand iron rod chandelier, with seating for six. It offers access to the tranquil side patio area.Bedrooms/Bathrooms:Master Bedroom — King-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and French patio doors leading out to a balcony. The private bathroom features double vanities, soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
