The neighbors are friendly and your memories are waiting to be made here.The spaceThis is a brand new home.Master bedroom has a full king bed. Two queen beds in the loft bedroom (all 3 are memory foam mattresses). Loft is open to downstairs and has a low ceiling. It is perfect for kids or just for sleeping for adults.11 x 15 deck has outdoor couch and chase, bbq and a deck box that serves as extra seating. A perfect place to start or end your day.Brand new furnishings throughout.Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, dishes and silverware.Guest accessAccess to entire home. No access to the contents of the deck box or Jet Skis.Other things to noteNote: Parking is limited to two space. Two vehicles (two cars or a car and a trailer [boat, jet ski, sand toy] park alongside the Tiny House.This is not a party pad. It is a brand new home that we would love to share with responsible guests. It is a great family get away of a place to reunite with friends and have a great time.Please be courteous to our neighbors and follow all resort rules or you will be asked to leave.
