Beautiful home in downtown Eagle. Best location in Eagle! This is the perfect home to stay in for weddings, reunions, BSU (Boise State games) or just to visit our beautiful town. Right in the heart of Eagle within minutes, you can get to restaurants and shops. Nice quiet neighborhood. Five minute drive to the Greenbelt. About 20 minute drive to downtown Boise. 13 minutes to Boise fairgrounds in Garden City. Beautiful backyard with a little pond and waterfall that you can sit outside and enjoy! (water fountain will be turned off during cold temperatures due to freezing) Patio furniture and gas barbecue grill. Gas fireplace in living room. Two car garage with extra parking in driveway and on the street. The owners live just five minutes away and are available. Our Daisy house is completely furnished with full kitchen supplies. 3 TVs all with prime tv and two of the TVs with cable! We have a king bed in one room, another queen bed in the second room, and the third room has a triple bunk bed and a twin bed, living room has a pull out sleeper couch. High chair and pack and play, with some toys, books, board games, and puzzles.Washer and dryer included! Master bathroom has large jetted soaker tub and a separate shower with a large master closet.- Water fountain in private backyard (on seasonally) with small pond- Barbecue grill- Quiet road with 2 car garage.- Cable TVs in both living room and master. 3rd smart tv with no cable in bunk room.- Gas fireplace in living room- air conditioning and heating- New kitchen appliances with 2 coffee makers- Large master closet- Master bath Large jetted tub with separate shower- pack n play, high chair, toys and kid books- puzzles and board games- lots of books and magazines- Iron and full-size ironing board- Front load washer and dryer- Single level- garage code and keypad entry.
