A trip to the mountains wouldn't be complete without games of cornhole and s'mores around the campfire, which is easy with your own built-in firepit!While the property is about 300 meters from the non-motorized section of Lake Cascade and does offer filtered lake views, the home is not "lake front" and does not have a dock. There are two neighborhood trails that provide lake access where you can put in kayaks or SUPs ranging from a half mile to one mile from the home, but water levels can impact accessibility and beachline. There are many sandy beaches ideal for swimming/lounging within a 5-10 minute drive.
