This retreat features a BRAND NEW KITCHEN/fully stocked kitchen, central air, a spacious open living and dining areas, two first floor bedrooms, and an additional family/ game room and 2 bedrooms in the lower level. The 2nd bath is located on the lower level, has a shower only (no tub) and doubles as a utility room with the washer & dryer located there as well. You will enjoy lovely views from the large, wraparound deck or lower level patio.Water is well water that is filtered, softened and ran through a UV light. Please bring drinking bottled water if you are not used to well water for drinking/cooking. Additional exterior features: boat/camper parking and fire pit.Towels & Linens NOT provided.NO SMOKING - Evidence of smoking in the home will result in the loss of security deposit.Trough Creek State Park serves as a trailhead for snowmobile trails located in Rothrock State ForestOther Activities: Amenities close to Our Retreat are Walking Trail (behind retreat in Trough Creek State Park), Balance Rock, Ice Mine, and Swinging Bridge, Trough Creek State Park; Less than two miles from our retreat is Tatman Run Beach Area and Boat Launch; Raystown Lake offers Many Outdoor Activities including Hunting, Fishing, Boating, and Hiking
