Dining table with 4 chairs in the dining area. Couch, recliner, coffee table, ceiling fan, and 42 inch TV in the living room. Kitchen has refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, silverware, vent, plates, bowls, pots and pans, etc and tile floors. Two chairs, small table and a propane bbq in the front outside area at the top of the stairs. Very peaceful quiet location. Right across the street from the post office and the library. Just one block from the court house and movie theater, just 3 blocks to Safeway. Hospital is close by as well.
