The big family room has leather-recliner furniture, a log entertainment center, HD flat screen satellite TV, a foosball table and a comfortable day bed for 2. Also on the first floor, a full tub/shower bath, a bedroom with queen-size bed; a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer and a library room with 3 work or play stations. The front entry room doubles as a sleeping area with a comfortable futon bed and a piano. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 4 twin beds, plus a full shower bathroom. The building has an open deck with gas BBQ plus a table and chairs.
