This is brand new construction. There is a Private Entrance on the side and the suite is soundproofed from the rest of the house and has in-floor heat. The apartment opens on a private courtyard filled with flowers during the summer. There is one queen size bed and a an ADA private bathroom. Amenities include a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, television with ROKU and a table that seats 4.Located in a quiet county neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Plenty of parking and vehicle plug ins for wintertime. Great for Aurora Viewing
