Amazon distribution center 10 minutes away.Cozy two bedroom one bath with high speed Wi-Fi , Netflix and Roku in every room. Fire pit & patio seating to enjoy the secluded park like backyard. Pet friendly, we love our fur baby visitors and have an extra set of doggie bowls just in case you need it. This is a great space for a girls trip, boys trip, staycation or any other event.When you book it's yours, all the privacy you could want. I provide you with a door code once you have given me an ETA and let me know if your bringing any pets.I am available 24/7. If you need anything please message me through the Airbnb app and I will make sure you have what you need in 30/45 minutes after I receive your message.It's an established Garner neighborhood with shopping & restaurants a short jaunt up the hill. This is a family friendly neighborhood no loud parties allowed but feel free to enjoy the backyard just turn music down after 11pm. It's about 8 to 10 min drive to downtown Raleigh & Wake Med. PNC arena is a 15 to 20 min drive.Car is recommended as we are about a 10 min walk to public transportation. We are a 10 min drive to downtown Raleigh a 5 min drive to the new Amazon distribution center a 20 min drive to the PNC arena & about 30 min from the Raleigh-Durham airport. Ride shares are available in the areaPlease contact me about any special discounts or nightly pricing.* $300 fee if smoking of any kind is done inside the house ( do not bring Marijuana in the house.
