Plenty of parking. Quiet, peaceful with great swimming, fishing and boating. Stone fire pit and covered patio.Public launch mins away. Clemson University 15 min drive. 30mins to downtown Greenville. Year round, heat & air. Its a Home Away from Home. (2,200sq. ft.) (All reservations must provide proof of Identification, 25 years and older only) no smoking. Please tell me alittle about you and your guests when looking for availability. NO PETSThere is a dock for fishing. If you would like to rent a boat, call The Big Water Marina or Clemson Marina.We have a long driveway and at least 3 parking spots for cars. You may park on our grass. Please do not park in neighbors driveway.There are Adirondack chairs for fire pit. 2 Kayaks and a perfect cove to use them in. Please bring your own floats. Also, there are only 2 adult life jackets.
