Multiple picnic shelters with fireplaces are around the property. A huge rock pile converted to rock seats and a swinging-door saloon. The farmhouse has a front porch and a back deck and a fire pit! Your Clemson tailgate starts here. What happens at Howard's stays at the Howard's!There’s 25 acres to roam around and see all kinds of wildlife including deer. A real retreat and getaway! This is a farmhouse!!!. We use Tesla internet.Features and amenities• Light-filled spacious home• Fully equipped kitchen that comes with all essentials for a great home-cooked meal• Fire Pit• Fireplace (Indoor & Outdoor)• BackyardParking• Free parking on the premises (max 4-5 cars)Things to know• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking• We have four small dogs that live on the property. Friendly and do not bite.House rules• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine• NO PETS ALLOWED.
