Cabin fans will love the log cabin-style walls and unique hexagon design of this newly remodeled, 1,500-square-foot home. The small, yet cozy bedrooms (including one loft-style room with forest views) provide a lovely retreat.The third-floor, loft-style primary bedroom has its own private deck and en-suite bathroom. The remaining guest bedrooms are on the first floor with a full guest bathroom as well. The second floor has a full kitchen, which provides the appliances you need to cook tasty meals, a leather sectional, and a TV to relax with after your adventures. The basement level includes leather recliners, a TV, and a stereo. It also has a private washer/dryer and a utility washing sink.Feel free to light up a fire in the outdoor firepit in the backyard. The sounds of the forest will provide the perfect backdrop as you settle in in one of the comfortable lounge areas and talk about the next day's adventures.Girdwood borders the northernmost rainforest in the world providing lush green forests in the summer and bountiful snow for great skiing in the winter. A neighborhood trail leads west from behind the house to connect with the Beaver Pond trail. The two-and-a-half-mile-long Beaver Pond trail can be explored in either direction, heading north towards Girdwood town center or south to connect with the bike path to Indian and Bird Creek. Great easy way to explore right from your doorstep!Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 PM.Check-out time: 10:00 AM.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
