Crow Pass and Winner Creek Trails are about a mile away for hiking in Chugach National Forest and surrounding glaciers. Other nearby activities include rafting, sea kayaking, and day tours.This condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, free WiFi, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, and a private washer/dryer for taking care of laundry. Your dogs are also welcome for a small, nightly fee.*The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 2.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
